RMA - In the event that a product needs to be returned, you must contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will email you return instruction for your product within 24 business hours. Any items received without a valid RMA will not be accepted. The Customer is responsible for all freight charges on a return. See below for specific return details.
The goLITE has a 30 day money back guarantee. The 30 day window begins when the order is placed. Talk About Sleep must receive notification of the customer's intent to return the product within the 30 day window before it is returned.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the product to Apollo Health. The shipping method used must be trackable, i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS with tracking. Do not return goLITE products to us. Upon our notification that the product has been received by Apollo Health, we will refund the amount of the purchase, excluding the shipping charge, to the credit card used to place the order.
ResMed's Machine and humidifier warranty extends 2 years from its original purchase date. In the event of a malfunctioning ResMed device contact 877-475-3373 to communicate the problem to Talk About Sleep staff for basic troubleshooting. If it is determined that the unit needs repair or replacement the customer must ship the unit back to Talk About Sleep at 14480 Ewing Avenue South, Suite 102, Burnsville, MN 55306, at the customer's cost. The unit will then be sent to ResMed diagnostics and if a warranty situation exists, ResMed will replace the unit. If the unit is out of warranty or it is determined that the unit has been damaged by water or otherwise, a repair estimate will be given. The Customer then can choose to have the unit repaired or not. All freight charges in a warranty situation are the responsibility of the customer. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage to the unit or water damage.

Puritan Bennett CPAP machines and humidifiers are covered under a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. Power Failure Alarm, Inc. warrants the Power Alert to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Power Failure Alarm, Inc agrees to repair or replace, at its option, any defective Power Alert, provided that it is returned with postage prepaid and with proof of purchase date to Power Failure Alarm, Inc. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, abuse or lack of reasonable use and care of the product, or applications of the product in accordance with the product operations manual. This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties, obligations, or liabilities. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In no such case shall Power Failure Alarm, Inc. be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied whatsoever, even if the loss or damage is caused by its neglect or fault. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Products are covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty; which guarantees that pillow products are free from defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty is applicable providing the products are used for the sole purpose intended, under normal conditions. Normal wear and tear resulting from natural aging of the product or damages caused by the purchaser are excluded from the warranty. The product will be repaired or replaced (at our option) without charge, exclusive of shipping cost, if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Pillow products are otherwise non-returnable for sanitary reasons. No refunds or exchanges.
Talk About Sleep will not accept any returned products unless prior authorization has been made by us. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in a warranty situation.
