If you wish to have your insurance claim filed for you, you will need to purchase from a full service Home Healthcare Company located in your coverage area.

Buying from hi5peru.com would be an out “of pocket” purchase of which you may be reimbursed by your insurance company. You will need to contact your insurance company to see if they will reimburse an online purchase.

We cannot file your Medicare claim for you. Medicare may not reimburse you for covered medical products, purchased online. You will need to go to your local Managed Home Healthcare Company to purchase the product through Medicare. Contact your local Medicare office for details.
