PAPillow Limited Warranty

Pillow products are covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty; which guarantees that pillow products are free from defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty is applicable providing the products are used for the sole purpose intended, under normal conditions.

Normal wear and tear resulting from natural aging of the product or damages caused by the purchaser are excluded from the warranty. The product will be repaired or replaced (at our option) without charge, exclusive of shipping cost, if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

Pillow products are otherwise non-returnable. No refunds or exchanges.
